Amazing time with the elephants. No bull hooks in site. All the elephants appeared very happy. None of them were forced to do anything. Pretty much they attracted the elephants to certain areas with food. Lovely day.

If you have time to do only one thing while in Chiang Mai, spend the day here. We spent the day "volunteering" to feed, walk, and bathe these magnificent beings. The experience will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Please DO NOT...More

I accompanied my students to this park as part of our week long global perspectives trip and this place was the perfect example to expose them to responsible tourism. None of the elephants in this place were directly captured in the wild and none of...More

Love that this is not inhumane and animals are not used for human entertainment. Highly recommend the Freedom tour. It is very up close and personal with the elephants. You feed and bathe them. The tour guides are very welcoming and informative!

So good! Me and my boyfriend went. It was us and two other couples. We saw two females and a baby. We also asked if we could go to see a waterfall nearby and they took us at the end and it was amazing !

If I recall it was Elephant freedom single day, yes it was a full day and everything from water, transfers and lunch was provided. No animal cruelty (that we saw) and we followed the elephants where they wanted to go. Good... More

Hi was originally hoping to do the two day/ one night stopover tour or at least the single visit park tour but both full when we're there so was thinking of doing the Elephant Highlands tour and was wondering if anyone that had done it had any info/ recommendations? It's over twice the price of the single day visit so was just checking that the experience justifies the difference in price?! What is the visitor to elephant ratio? Is it worth waiting til we get to Chiangmai to book or should we book before we leave, the website gets very busy but do they allow for 'walk-ins' ?? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi June! We've done the Elephants Trial, which is TBH 2,500 for a day. Totally worth it and more than 100% recommended. I don't know how the one you talk about works, but the one I went to was amazing. We were around 10... More

Hello,   We are planning a visit next year in Januari. I narrowed the tour selection down to: Elephant Highlands, Care for Elephants or Sunshine for Elephant.   I do bring alot of camera gear. Any of these tours more suited to take pictures?   Thanks.

We did the one-day tour (can't remember the name) and when it was time to go in the water, my boyfriend just stayed on the shore. He had a nice camera and took nice pictures :)
