Elephants great, but otherwise disappointing

We visited here as part of a shore excursion from a cruise ship. We enjoyed our elephant safari ride, and although the handlers did carry a small pick-like implement, we saw no... read more

This is a great experience, the riders absolutely Love their Elephants. It is easy to get on, and you can have your photo taken. Buy some Bananas to feed the Elephant. The rider we had was so funny and lots of fun. Go on to the cooking demonstration well worth it. Loved the time we had here

We went with my mother and my daughter , (3 Girls).we booked it over the phone and we were quiet surprised when we were picked up at our motel and we were the only ones on the bus and our guide stayed with us all day . He even took us up to the waterfall he held my six year... More

I guess a safari park is always on the cards even though i am not in favor of canned animals - loads of different activities to do for the day and I have included the menu of items on offer for you to pre-plan your trip - I did not go up to the waterfall but I am told its... More

The elephants here were visibly stressed, even the baby elephant. They were chained up in a very small enclosure and were constantly swaying their heads from side to side in boredom and agitation. We only came here to see the waterfall which was good, we didn't go into the safari park but could see the elephant enclosure next to the... More

We visited here as part of a shore excursion from a cruise ship. We enjoyed our elephant safari ride, and although the handlers did carry a small pick-like implement, we saw no evidence of any animal cruelty. To the contrary in fact. The handlers appeared to take great care to ensure the well being of both the elephants and the... More

The visit was a part of the cruise and purchased through the ship. This was a good shore excursion, the elephant show and ride was entertaining and fun. The animals seemed well cared for. They had some big crocs on display 20 footers big boys! They had a cooking show and the local ladies made a salad which was pretty... More

We went here as part of a day trip where we took in lots of local attractions and tourist sites. Very run down. Elephants didn't seem to be happy all at and although we don't know for sure they didn't seem to be treated well. There are lots of other places to visit instead, this really isn't a 'safari' park.

This 'safari' park is at the base of the beautiful Namuang waterfall and unfortunately you need to walk through it to get to the waterfall. I'm not sure where to begin, but this place needs to be shut down. 2 tigers and 1 leopard completely drugged up so clueless tourists can get trophy pictures with them. Clearly distressed elephants pacing... More
