We went to visit the waterfalls on Ko Samui yesterday and at the entrance are elephants available for riding. We spent hours walking back and forth to get water for them, and when the trainers saw us doing this they turned off the water supply, so we went to the toilets to get water, much to their disdain. They were... More

I am a massive animal lover (and a qualified vet nurse) as such i was told to avoid any animal attractions, so decided not to do an elephant trek. We then headed to a waterfall which was fine, nothing special though ( need insect repellent) this was also where the elephant trekking was, which i was unaware of, as such i... More

Worth a visit and could be reshreshing swim on a hot day. Only issue for us is the Elephant area nearby, the animals were obviously distressed and took the shine off the visit for us

My husband and I visited Na Muang just to see the waterfall. I would def advise taking the Jeep ride as far as possible (terrifying but an experience!) Once you get off the jeep there is still quite a steep walk to the waterfall but its lovely. Some people were swimming etc in the water.

Visited on a 4 x 4 Jungle trip. Very beautiful place but if you have any walking problems can be slightly difficult walking in places. I have a hip problem and some of the steps were just a little high. Worth it though. Can swim in the pool at the bottom of the fall or just paddle. Down side is... More

I definitely recommend taking the jeep as far as it goes as the path is steep and rocky. From the drop off point there is a ricketly bridge over the water and then a steep climb to the waterfall. When we reached the top we were more than ready for a swim in the deep pool under the running water.... More

Waterfall 1 is easy accessible and has a nice waterpool to cool off. Horrendous are the elephants tide up on a 20 cm chain in the heat.Aswell as the ones carrying tourist and get picked with a pick.JUST DONT.Waterfall 2 is a bit further up hill, from the parking either drive up 4x4 100bth or walk 15 min up hill.entrance... We have a short visit to this water fall. It is small but beautiful waterfall. Sorrounded by green and tall trees. There are souvenir shops, spacious parking area and clean washing room.

We loved the walking tour to the waterfall. Very beautiful place. You can swim in the waterfall, the water is clear and warm. At the top level, you can go to the left and go to the underpopulated terrace waterfall.

Walked all the way to the top of the waterfall (nr 2) but saw the 50 bht per face price and decides not to go in. Dont feel sorry. The natural swimming pool (waterfall 1) was fun and relaxing, and worth the 20 bht parking fee (we went there with a scooter by ourself).
