First visit for sometime and again very nice place to visit stacked with bargains in clothes, souvenirs and gadgets but all vendors open to haggling. A little hot inside and is open at mid day.

tepprasit vs pattaya night market. do not forget to bargain. there is lots of bargaining margin at tepprasit. pattaya nigh market is kind of permanent market, so there is less bargaining and some are fixed price shops.
