Wonderful quiet clean sand beach with snorkeling spots
Jan 2020 • Couples
In winter time a perfekt beach for relax and swimming. Very quiet not crowded. Clear water very shallow sea floor. Little waves. Be aware that in low season ( summer time) waves are supposed to be high.
If you need entertainment, its the wrong one. There is no jetski or other annoying tourist stuff.

Just for basic, vintage tastes!
Jan 2020 • Family
Good, no crawded, nice sunset, but no restaurants on the beach side, so is impossible to eat on the beach , with your foot on the sand on restaurants. On.the sea side they are just local thai food, very good but you take it and eat on the beach, on the towel. If you like the style, beach is clean, good, not crawded by so many tourists.
Restaurants with seats just over road , without seaview.
I didn t like to go on the beach and see so many thai cooking just near the beach.
It deserve to visit the beach, maybe just for a swim and And icecream. Just it!!

Nai thon beach
Dec 2019 • Solo
A really nice beach, loads of space for everyone, beautiful soft sand and crystal clear waters, loads of massage and restaurants close by and a good variety of street food too.
Not my first choice for a beach if I'm in the area, but a decent place to spend a day tanning

Absolutely lovely beach, beware of tides if taking small kids
Dec 2019
This beach is very secluded, not too bad to get to if you have a car or motorbike. We took the family there on Christmas Day, had a blast, not a tourist trap at all. The beach was very quiet and we managed to find some shade. There were no chairs available to hire on the beach but was okay as we had beach towels. Just be careful if you’re taking little ones into the sea, as the sea bed drops off quite rapidly which causes some medium-size waves that knocked our kids over a few times but they did enjoy it. We just had to be with them in the sea very close at all times. There is hardly any noise from the road that runs next to this beach, and there are a few restaurants scattered around for plenty of choices of eating. Plus it was easy to park for free.

A World away from commercialised Thailand
Nov 2019
There is not a great deal to do here other than relax on the beach which suited out needs for two days but any longer I would have been restless to move on. It’s a small town close to Phuket airport. Everything pretty much shuts down at 10pm. There are a number of decent restaurants. Street vendors set up stalls every day along the beach road from morning until night and there are loads of very tasty, good value food options from those (in particular the one opposite the entrance to The Pearl of Naithon apartments). The beach is lovely but by way of managing expectations (as per some of the comments in more critical reviews) this is NOT a luxury resort – the beach is access to all, and as such there are no employees sweeping it of rubbish three times a day, nor is there any beach waiting service or any facilities. Whilst there were signs of rubbish around the beach this is nothing I wouldn’t expect from a more ‘local’ destination. If you want five star service and facilities on a beach this will not be the place for you. It is, however, a charming, bohemian 'traveller' destination and if you enjoy a more authentic taste of Thailand you will not be disappointed.

superb place

Nai Thon Beach is one of the smaller and less frequented beaches on the west coast of Phuket. Well worth a visit to get away from it. There are loads of restaurants along the road and stalls selling fresh fruit and juice. Make sure you get a driver who speaks good English and is a local who can explain the history and things like where you can buy property etc. If you’re looking to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Patong and the other major beaches and just want to relax and step back in time then Nai Than comes highly recommended.

Quiet uncommercialised beach
Apr 2019 • Couples
This is a quiet beach that one can visit if staying for an extended period of time in Phuket and after having visited the otherfamous beaches.

Quite unspoilt, the beach looked pretty deserted and that was a positive. On the flip side, such beaches are also frequented by less desirable folks who litter the place with stuff like bottles and syringes.

Not a bad place to go if one has extra time

The worst in Phuket
Apr 2019 • Couples
Well, let me begin with the statement that we've been visiting Phuket for 5 years already for prolonged periods of time, but we have never gone to the beach due to the distance. Reading great reviews on social media, provoked us to go there to check it out and holy how disappointed we were. Heroin syringes everywhere, tons of garbage, rough sand, murky water. Could you imagine if a child finds those syringes and sticks a needle to his arm???
Who writes all these good reviews? And what for? I have a feeling that people do it on purpose, so you won't go to nice beaches but come here.
Won't recommend to anyone. Terrible.

Best BBQ fish
Mar 2019
Try the BBQ whole fish from the vendor off the street ... he also has chicken and prawns ... sit on the sand and watch the sunset .. just watch out for the dogs who will steal your prize in a heartbeat .... best meal ever!
