This family entertainment park is packed with tourists and highly commercialized. Not for people seeking to visit a natural wonder.

Very impressive falls, well worth the journey. Pathway down is no problem provided it hasn't been raining.

We always make it a point to visit waterfalls if tbere are any nearby. So we made sure that the countryside tour included these falls. The falls are absolutely beautiful. The walk down is not so much fun. The path winds around a hillside. Wherever...More

The Elephant falls are not as majestic as the Pongour falls, but since they were included in the day tour, we went there to check out. The viewing point from above the falls is easily accessible by anyone, but descending the path to get closer...More

DO NOT TRY THIS IN FLIP FLOPS! The walk down is NOT for the faint of heart (and what goes down must come up!) Wear good secure shoes or you may just lose one BUT it is beautiful once you get down and you'll feel...More

Not the most spectacular falls but worth a look anyway , nice and refreshing at the bottom where you can get under the falls .

Fun to walk around though a bit slippery, just make sure you get a pair of good shoes. You could walk really down to the waterfall and view it at different angles, prettu impressive!

We could only view the fall from the top. If you go down to observe the whole scene, it would be very dangerous because the earthen steps were made straightened down, there was nothing to hold on. If you miss a step or strip, nobody...More

It was a long road, but the elephant falls are astonishing. A bit of a risky and slippery climb is necessary to reach the bottom

A fairly wide waterfall compared to most that I have seen in SE Asia. The trek down to the falls isn't bad but it's fairly busy. You can also take another path and go behind the falls. Note that it gets pretty muddy behind so...More

Hi Rick, we hired a motorbike and were able to visit 5 different attraction in the one day, 4 different waterfalls and a temple/Pagoda. We were able to complete a loop with minimal backtracking. From Dalat we headed south to... More
Hello Dalat travelers, I'm returning from Dalat to HCMC on 27th Dec. and unfortunately able to see only morning or lat evening flight back to HCMC. I'm taking a flight back from HCMC to SIN at 9 PM that day hence wanted to check if someone/small family is interested in sharing a taxi/cab back to HCMC? The price that I was able to see online for rental cars is about USD165 which is quite expensive for one person and not justified when the flights themselves are charged at SGD 43 :)) [ although the timings don't suit me] .. Pls pm me if you have somehow matching plans and are interested. Many thanks.

Hi Trav, I doubt that you would find anyone is taking a taxi or cab back to HCMC. I suggest you either look for a flight a day earlier then stay one night in hcm or take a bus from Dalat to Hcmc. Have a look on "Thanh Buoi... More

We went as part of a full day trip out of Dalat which would be far more interesting than trying to go from the airport to the falls which I think would be a long trip (and probably expensive!) and not worth the end result... More
