We spent a lovely couple of hours with two clever and articulate young ladies. Both attending university and great ambassadors. They met us at our hotel, checked where we wanted to spend our time, and then called a taxi. Their English was very good and their historical knowledge impressive. We learned a lot from having their company. It was more... More

HFTGs was very prompt and professional in their email reply when I send a request for a Hanoi full day tour for 10 adults + 2 kids. We indicated the places where we wanted to go and nothing was too difficult for them. We were assigned 2 guides Phuong and Mai Anh, who emailed us a day prior to the... More

On our first day in Vietnam, my wife and I organised a 1/2 day tour of Hanoi. We were guided by a student named Phoung. It was a wonderful introduction to both the country and to Hanoi and certainly helped with the culture shock of landing in the old quarter. Phuong was very eager to share the city with us,... More

We arranged our tour via email the day prior and was met with prompt response and all organized in less than 15 minutes. Our guide was Tina, a university student in Hanoi. She took us on a great half day tour of the old quarter and French quarter. Having a local with you in Hanoi opens up many new viewpoints... More

We met Aurora and she show us Hanoi She came to our hostel and she made a perfect mornig showing us Hanoi. They are not professional guides, however their enthusiasm and their knowledge about Hanoi and the vietnamite history make you think that you are. I recomend their services and their tours to have a different approach yo Hanoi

My guide was a student and I really enjoyed the tour with her - not just because she was knowledgeable, but also because she was enthusiastic and very honest in her opinions on how good each attraction is. For example I wasn't initially very keen on going to the Women's Museum, but her enthusiasm for it convinced me, and once... More

My boyfriend and I decided to avail of the half day tour and our tour guide Linh was very punctual. She took us to two sites since our time was very limited - the temple of literature and the imperial citadel in Hanoi. She made us feel very comfortable with asking lots of questions and since she was our age,... More
