After a long and exhausting day touring Hanoi, I hesitated to book this—but missing it would have been a huge regret. It turned out to be one of the most enjoyable highlights of my trip! The performers were incredible, seamlessly blending dance, music, and gymnastics into a mesmerizing bamboo circus. The creativity behind the show was truly commendable.

Resembling the Opera Palais Garnier, the Hanoi Opera House is one of the major architectural works in Hanoi. The Opera House features a lot of French neoclassical style. The facade of the Hanoi Opera House is impressively with columns. The curving curves of the balconies and arches highlight the Baroque elements.

Highly Recommend the Hanoi Opera House tour schedule to learn about the architecture and historical constructions. Sadly, I did not get to do due to availability.

The architecture is stunning, with ornate columns, exquisite details, and a beautiful interior courtyard. Although we didn't see a show, we took the time to wander around and admire this iconic building.
The Opera House is located right in the heart of Hanoi, offering great views of the surrounding area. It is a must for lovers of architecture and culture. Whether you have the chance to see a performance or not, the Hanoi Opera House is definitely worth a visit! Her beauty charmed us.

This was the meeting point for our day tour to halong bay. Was there early to take some pictures. It was located near to a very busy roundabout. Can see that the building had a lot of history. There was a cafe located right at the side of the opera house as well where we got some breakfast and coffee. I thought the building was more pretty at night with the lightings.

The Hanoi Opera House looks stunning from outside, but don't be fooled! We couldn't afford ticket prices and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. Stick to admiring the architecture from afar unless you're rolling in cash.

We didn't go into the Operation House but did take time to look at it from the outside. It's an impressive looking building situated in a busy part of the city in the French Quarter. A great spot for looking at the amazing ability of road users not to run into one another.

The Hanoi Opera House stole our hearts with its elegant French colonial architecture. We took some stunning photos outside and felt transported back in time. A perfect spot for couples who appreciate a touch of European flair.

We only had a fleeting look of the Opera House, as we were short of time. It is a lovely building, built by the French in the early 1900s. It bears some resemblance to the Opéra Palais Garnier. It would be great to visit inside!

I have visited Hanoi on several occasions and never get tired of looking at the Opera House, which was built by the French at the beginning of the 20th century. We happened to be there once again while waiting for our limousine bus to take us north. The Opera House seems to be the place where many buses arrange to pick up their passengers. A good choice.

Closed during our visit but the frontage was very busy. There was a large number of students having their class graduation photo. A couple taking wedding pictures. The frontage is very attractive and it is easy to understand why locals come here for photoshoots. Something unique to Vietnam is taking photos before the actual event itself in attractive locations ! The Opera House is located at a very large (everywhere is busy) junction. The roundabout in front on the building is lit up at night so good to visit twice during the day and evening.
