Everything is as you would expect for the price. There are a few little things they could do better.

Experience relates to Minh Tam Spa & Massage where I used the sauna facilities.
Although Minh Tam has enjoyed great success in the area of self-care for men, with the advent of a whole freaking Minh Tam Hotel, I feel that they’ve lost their way.
The original Minh Tam used to be in District 3 on Le Quy Don and I recall the admission was somewhere around half of what it is today. Ahh the price of success!
Now, instead of having a service flow to the sauna (shower, steam, pool, shower, sauna, foot massage, body massage), guests are led from the locker room to what you might as well call a gladiator pit.
The gladiator pit features a warm jacuzzi, cold pool (10°C), shower, jet shower, dry sauna (approx. 50–60°C with ample rock to get into the 70s and 80s), steam sauna and a cold room.
They also have a number of private VIP rooms which offer less in terms of the sauna experience (wet and dry only, requiring a long head start to warm up), so why bother? Profit of course!
So how does it stack up? Well from a life-extension or health-extension standpoint, this place fits the bill. The steam sauna and dry sauna get hot enough. The cold pool will certainly stimulate those heat-shock proteins so you can live forever, like a mad Viking!
The staff are helpful enough (they’ll get you drinking water automatically instead of badgering you to move along).
The common areas are clean enough and maintained.
The sauna receptionist (not to be mistaken with the hotel receptionist on the ground floor,) is actually the accountant/money collector and the demeanour is cold/unwelcoming. (-1 point).
I think such an establishment could use some education in the general hospitality and gratitude departments. I’d probably be more inclined to use extra services such as the massage, etc. (-1 point)
Final word: I don’t think this place is relevant anymore. The Korean Jjim jjil bangs that are in Q3 and Q7 offer a much greater experience for a comparable price.
It’s a shame, spa clubs in China are a real highlight to doing business there. Vietnamese attempts at this business model which thrive in China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong, just can’t hold a candle.
Would I come back? Doubtful. Just feels cheesy now. Maybe to bring a friend to experience.

The massage staff provided good service, but the consultants were unprofessional and had poor communication skills. Customers should ask for clear information about prices and tips according to regulations to avoid misunderstandings and customers being blamed.
