One of the best massage ever!!! I tried a lot of spa in hcmc but this is the most lovely one. Therapist has good skills and useful. They also can speak English so easier for communicate.

5 stars for my first visit, 0 stars for my second and last which i felt so strongly about it ends up at 1 star. I get a little sense that they are doing so well, they don't care as much about customer experience.
The deep tissue massage female therapist is AMAZING! Probably the second best massage I've had in Vietnam (I;ve had like 6+ now over the last 3 weeks). It was so good I went back with the rest of my family and decided to try their signature healthy massage.
Very bad experience personally, and very bad response by the shop. Specifically - my massage happened right under an AC vent (cold!), the therapists went out every 5 minutes or so to do stuff for a minute (get hot stones, wash hands, etc.) and also CHATTED with each other. Really unprofessional. I literally got bored and antsy during the massage since it felt like we were like getting 80% massage 20% wait under AC while they chatted ><
I spoke to the receptionist ladies about it and instead of apologizing insisted it was because healer is a gentler massage (even though they also said it was "strong" earlier before our massage). Regardless of strength of the massage, I think that stopping every 5 minutes and especially TALKING between the therapists during the massage - I got the sense mine was less experienced and asking for help? - I don't think is acceptable in any case. The receptionist had to talk to her boss and then agreed to apologize... I asked for a discount b/c it was literally THE WORST MASSAGE I'VE HAD IN VIETNAM and in the last year period. It reminded me of a massage I had in Barcelona that I think was actually at a undercover brothel >< and they agreed grudgingly to give 10% discount ><
It isn't even about the money for me - I tipped the first therapist 200K dong b/c she did such a good job. Anyways, I got tired of dealing with it and accepted it but canceled my appointment for the next day.
I recommend the deep tissue massage therapist open her own practice I'd definitely go there instead!! Just feel like I can no longer support such a bad business that doesn't care about its customers.
Also shocking b/c the healthy massage is actually more expensive than the deep tissue massage >< Insanity.

Was lucky to get a walk in appointment, so maybe book in advance. Potentially the best massage I have this year, so relaxing and hot stones were amazing.
