Really enjoyed it. Lovely staff, informative. Better than visiting museums all about conflict. A bit hard to find but worth it. Only $5 for a 20 min taxi there from district 1

It's 3.3 km from Ben Thanh market so you can catch a taxi, the total price is $2. Last time, my local friend drove and took me there. You can use Google Map to navigate the shortest route by bus.

The free guided tour takes 30 minutes, although ours was a little longer to include some questions and answers, and photo taking. All in all we spent about an hour and a half here.
