This is almost complete one day cruise tour. Almost 2 hrs drive from HCMC. Mostly its humid so use some light clothes as well as some cap for shining sun. Its 4 islands trip using boat then horse ride and small raft type long wooden boat at the end. Each island sells honey, coconut candys and locally made some small... More

After a short boat ride to a Mekong island we took a small, 4 person, paddle boat tour along a very picturesque canal for about 30 minutes. Worm but enjoyable. Overall tour about 2 hours.

Our first G Adventures trip with maybe more to come as we had such a great time. The vessel only has 14 cabins and we had a group of 23 people on our tour. We started our trip in Ho Chi Minh City and arrived a day early to soak the 'buzz' of the city that we had experieced on... More

We have just been on Le Jarai Mekong full day small group tour organised by Buffalo tours and have been very impressed with the whole of the trip. So well organised with a huge variety of things to do - first class. We were collected from hotel promptly at 7.45, driven to catch small boat where we sailed down the... More

We were spending two days in Saigon, and spent a day on the Mekong River. It was lots of fun. The cruise first drove past floating market, small village and local barges. We stopped at a local town market where they were making coconut candy. Got on bikes near a tea house where we rode past houses in the jungles... More

We stayed in Saigon for two days and then went on a river cruise upstream on the Mekong River and finally stayed in Siem Reap for the last two night. The whole experience was great value for money. Everything on this trip was of a high standard. The Cruiseco Adventurer was a well maintained ship with good size cabins and... More

This tour was fabulous, our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We took our 9 year old son and he also had a great time. I recommend this tour. We had boat rides, horse and carriage, Buddha statuss and a very dodgy snake and gecko drink. Crocodiles and snakes to see also. Busy day but broken up a... More

We booked our Mekong River Cruise via Expedia from California vs. booking the tour while in Ho Chi Minh. I believe we got a better deal this way. This was a full day tour, and it met all our expectations. Starts out with a two hour ride out of Ho Chi Minh, with a hotel pick-up. The trip includes several... More
