This is the city's biggest, most authentic market. You can find almost anything you need here, from basic supplies to souvenirs. The food is outstanding and the people-watching is great even if you don't buy anything.

This market has become a tourist trap. Most merchants sell the same thing. You're constantly harassed to buy. It's very crowded. I would not recommend bothering to go.

The market is characteristic and it can be nice to have a walk inside it BUT people that sell their items are so pushing!

A one stop 'tourist' market in Ho Chi Minh. Historically one of the oldest, still in operation, markets in the World. Lots of fun but be prepared to haggle. Some of the operators are very pushy...so take care before you show interest in something. The...More
