This area is very popular with locals and tourists. Many locals taking wedding pictures, as in many parts of Asia couples dress up outside of the wedding day and get pictures taken at key places in the city. Particularly popular on Sunday Located centrally opposite the old post office

It is the large Catholic cathedral across the road from the post office. Pretty standard church, very plain inside

Interesting western style church in downtown Saigon. Always a curiosity to visit a Christian church after visiting so many temples and pagodas of various designs. The towering vaulted ceilings, the dark timber work, make for interesting comparisons. Access inside is only during limited hours, and once inside, there is only access to a small portion of the church unless you are... More

The only good thing about the Notre Dame Square is that the area is supposed to be pedestrianised although some vehicles were parked on it.

Church is quite large and imposing. But other than that it isn't too impressive. I have seen a lot of beautiful churches throughout the world and this one is pretty far down the list.

It's another sight where to go and put a 'check' for a sake of it. Square is alright, church it's nothing special - another church and that's all. However, interesting to see them in Asia. Post office next door is way more impressive though in its colonial style.

Its probably one of the first things you will be taken to see when you visit HCMC and its always packed with tourists but I could not figure out why. As churches go its just k. I have seen many better and more interesting ones. Allow fifteen minutes just to say you have seen it and wonder why you needed... More

The church is open limited hours so we waited for 15 minutes for it to open and it really was not worth it. You can't go any father up than the very back and it is a very plain church.

Not sure why this square is regarded as a separate attraction in HCM City. The Cathedral is the central feature with assorted shops and restaurants surrounding. Nothing to get really excited about
