Got to see the outside as part of our other tours. All fenced off and will be for a while due to restoration works. Majestic to look at outside, but don't go out of your way to see it.

There's a steel wall surrounding the cathedral, so we couldn't go inside. This is right across the street from the Main Post Office, built a hundred years ago by the French.
