Multiple building art museum. The main building had good selection of art displayed, but the lack of climate control in the building is not helping the displayed art any. We saw many that seems to be damaged, cracked or rolling due to the heat and...More

Nice old building. Art is just ok. You can spend easily one hour+ on this museum. I do not know how often exhibition changes.

A nice older building and a relaxing place to spend an hour. There were some good art pieces but nothing that really captured me. Needs some work - many light bulbs needed replacing which reduced the viewing of some artworks, and perhaps some fans to...More

It was cheap to get in at 50,000 dog but the reality is that you can see better art in the art shops around the city

A solid museum with a solid collection but not as strong as Hanoi's fine art museum. If you are planning to go to the one in Hanoi this one can be skipped. Otherwise solid.

The paintings are displayed in small rooms around a central courtyard of this lovely colonial building with a sculpture in the middle of nearly each room. An oasis of calm after the hustle and bustle of a busy noisy city!

Nice building and nice art but poorly displayed and signs that were very unclear. No lamps that made the paintings more beautiful and no staff . Nothing to buy or at least I couldnt find it. Its so cheap to visit but rather they raise...More

The main building is a beautiful piece of architecture. There’s some really nice paintings and mixed-media art work inside - Vietnam has some really talented artist. It’s not curated to the standards that one might expect for a fine arts museum, but it definitely has...More

I really enjoyed this museum. It is in an old French colonial building that is quite beautiful. The museum is not air conditioned (it is quite airy) so it can be a bit oppressive at times. The building itself seemed to tell a story and...More

I think John P is correct: I remember that the museum closes for one hour around lunch time. In case you are there at that time, there are pleasant restaurants close by, from the simple but tasty food stalls inside Ben Thanh... More
