Don't miss this exciting viby place to go at night. Have a beer at one of the sidewalk bars while watching the fascinating people walk by- very busy and noisy . Also lots of places to have something to eat.

Lined with bars and restaurants with American, Italian and Indian foods, easy to grab a massage too. Prices are a tad higher than other areas because they are catering to foreigners

Very good question. Tet day, most workers will go home for holidays, so expect empty streets, lack of services. Only few places open, but this street is for tourists, you never know.
