Best massage and facial in Vietnam. I opted for a 1 hour full body aromatherapy massage and a 1 hour facial (which was on offer) and they were both amazing. Fully recommend! Just make sure to ask for no whitening if you don’t want it during the facial.

Have been feeling rather stiff around the neck and shoulders and thought a good massage would bring some relief. The Golden Lotus comes highly recommended by a colleague.
Upon entering, was given a key and was assigned a numbered cubby hole for my shoes. Next I was directed to the changing room where there was a locker, hence the key, to secure my items,
Next came the highlight. The therapist that attended to me was very good. Applied the right amount of pressure to loosen up the “knotted” muscles. The 60 mins session ended much too soon. Should have booked the 90 minute session. Maybe next time.
They have a shower area and a sauna. Jumped into the shower to freshen up before heading out for dinner.
A very professional and clean establishment. Will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend! Incredible massage with oil and aroma therapy for 450,000 dong. I liked that I was able to lock my my belongings in a locker and that they provided shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, brush, lotion etc included in the price so I could freshen up following the massage. The masseuse was very good and I highly recommend her! They do a number system here for their massage therapists and she was number 132. They also accept credit card! Highly recommend this business!

My husband and my daughter had their massage with Golden Lotus Spa and Massage. Very professional service. Both of them felt relaxed and enjoyed it. My daughter is 6 years old, Golden Lotus offers the foot massage and a mini facial for her. It is good for parents that they can enjoy the massage with their little ones.

I used to go to their branch in Ho Huan Nghiep for years and gave it a 5 star review until it was closed due to Covid impact. I had no choice but to go to this Thai Van Lung one.
Way worse experience. The staff were less attentive, and ruder. I had to take care of my own shoes here. I wasn't above getting in my shoes myself, but I guess after a relaxing experience, with hands all clean, the last thing I wanted was to get my shoes from the box and bend down to put the shoes on the floor. I had never had to worry about my shoes at the HHN branch. When I was leaving, the shoes were always nicely placed at the exit.
Here they split the tip and the main charge. They always said this was the discounted price, and asked payment to be paid before the massage (it felt cheap, like going to food court). The tip was not up to the patron. Once I gave less than the required amount, which I didn't know there was, I was stopped at the entrance upon leaving to pay for the amount short. Seriously, that place's for relaxation, it's not to feel like being cheated, or scammed. If they required that amount, tell the patrons. I had just gone to a spa that said no tip required. It's all included in the prices they ask and masseuses are prohibited from asking/taking tips from patrons.
I thought this Golden Lotus offered best massage quality in town, so despite many hiccups at this branch, I still went. But today was the last straw. There was another patron snoring so loud. He snored like a pig (seriously) like next to my ear, non-stop. I don't know how long that was, but likely half an hour, they did nothing. And I just asked to stop the session and left immediately. Pure torturing. When I complained, they told me next time I could ask for a private room downstair (They think there would be a next time?)
They told me there's no way for them to tell if a patron would be snoring and they would not wake any patrons up. Hey, here's the thought: there're 4 beds in that room, you're willing to make just one patron having a good sleep (instead of a massage) and turning the experience of everyone else in other beds into a nightmare. I was more relaxed (and relieved) at a lunch place later than I was there. Instead of nicely waking him up and offering him a private room, you were basically telling me to suck it up that time and try to remember next time to ask for private room, or it would be a hit or miss for me.
Last but not least, the carpet's dirty.
I'm done with this branch.

I was going to buy a voucher for Secret Santa for my work. They were having a special for foot massages. I had a Vietnamese friend called them to confirm that
I can use a voucher for the foot massage. They said no problem but I have to pay at the spa. I arrived at the spa and they said the special is only for Vietnamese people. They never told that to my Vietnamese friend. I would pick another place that is more Foreigner friendly.

We went there around 3+ and waited about 20 mins for our turn. This place is crowded during peak hours, may need to reserve if you are on a tight schedule.
The masseur that I had was good, I'd a full body massage with hot stones and it was good. They do have room for couples.
Do take note that the masseur is quite daring to ask for more tips :)

Massage parlour was very interesting and cosy. Served tea and watermelons prior to massage. Massage was not bad. Has to change in a locker room before going up to the massage rooms. Good concept for keeping items safe. Would come again for the discount.

I've been to a couple of massage in D1 Saigon but Golden Lotus is the best experience so far. The place is well organised and facilities were clean and well maintained. You can easily spend half a day there as there are a myriad of Spa treatments, Yoga classes and Gym facilities to help you relax and rejuvenate. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our 60 minutes body massage. Will definitely return for the 90 minutes massage. As the place is popular booking in advance is a must.

It’s my first time have food message for 90 mins, and it have hot stone, the message is good, but as a female, during the message, they pull your pants down and pull your top up, everyone who pass by can see your half butt, and whole back, it just so uncomfortable, unsecured, even has no curtain to cover it, with 2 guys laying 2 sides of me, I can clearly see their butt which I don’t want to. Come on!! It’s not difficult to have curtain to separate as male and female, right!

I don't think so. Usually, right after entrance, there will be menicure/pedicure space if they do indeed offer this service. But I didn't see any. When you come in, it's a reception, waiting room/sitting room for customer and then changing room. Upstairs, it's all treatment room for massage.
