This is a very good temple with plenty of Buddha and some steps to go little by little to visit all floors of the pagoda. A bit dirty floor so I would wear socks next time, as you have to remove your shoes while in.

To find it you have to know where it is, plus get some help with directions to boot. Once there you'll enjoy touring the charming multistory temple complex. Multiple Buddha statues in different positions. Frequented by locals and tourists alike. You'll enjoy!

We found this temple in Distrcit 5 thanks to Tripadvisor when we were looking for 'hidden gems' on our last day in HCMC. So happy we went! As you go up the floors get more and more interesting and the room with the 1000 Buddhas...More

I would probably recommend to visit this 3 stair temple, you have well decorated 3. Floor with 10000 of small statues of budha in there, in 2nd floor there is "cementary" and 1. Is entrance ... interesting to see the cementary, it is for free

I am unsure about the opening times but I can tell you that we arrived there shortly after lunch time and it was still open.
