Bad experiences.
Me and my sister drive 50 mins in traffic and rain to this place after we had booked 60 mins signature body massage and get confirmation by them.
And then we I arrived first, they said the spa is full and they mistaken my booking with other guests phone number. And advise me to do other packages with I did not want to do and also did not meet my schedule
That was ridiculous since your guest run all the way long and present at your place and you did nothing to fix it even they had the booking confirmation.
Been there many times but now dont want it anymore.
Bad service.

The facility is clean and well organized. That’s unfortunately where the positive aspects end. We had a 90min massage which was done quite unprofessional. Both, my mother in law and I had pain in the following 3 days. This place used to be good but it seems the staff training has been neglected recently.

Came here twice, once for full body massage and once for foot massage. A
Service differs between masseuse. The body massage was okay but for as for the foot massage masseuse, I asked "can you massage harder?", she simply replied with a "cannot". Well, obviously speechless. Luckily I only paid for 30 min of service, which I could afford to think that I paid someone to apply moisturiser.

This is one of the best massage places we’ve ever been to. The place is so nice, like a private VIP club and they were so professional and courteous. It’s a really relaxing place. We went with our children and the staff were very accommodating by arranging suitable massages for them next to us. We would highly recommend it.

Have just had the pleasure of a 60min body and foot massage. I would strongly recommend having their 'Signature'Golden Lotus body massage as it has been one of the most thorough joint and muscle I've ever had. Strongly encourage you to have one after a long day of walking

I enjoyed the 90 minutes foot massage with hot stone in Golden Lotus SPA, the price is cheaper than Miu Miu, the environment is clean and nice. I recommend it because of the excellent service, at the beginning the lady will clean your face with wet cold towel, then put the fresh cold cucumbers on your face, it's so comfortable.
Not only the foot massage, she also does massage on your arms, hands, shoulders and put the hot stones on your back.
The price includes the tip but I still offer tip to the lady because of the nice service. If you drop by Ho Chi Minh City, after one day tour, you can come to relax.
Location is easy to find.
