Rugs is a big part of the Azeri culture and history. Thus, this place is a must visit for those who appreciate art, history, and/or culture. A beautiful museum that is built to look like a rolled rug. It tells the history of the culture.

The museum is fantastic - very well designed, with extensive collection of regional carpets. I spent more than 2 hours there and it was very well worth it. There are weavers working at the museum too so it is very interesting to watch their work....More
