Many time I visit there is populated are so there not good environment for visitor alwyays bussy and River water is stinking

I went there couple of times. It is a crowd place full of noise. The water of the river is very black with dirty substances. You can not take even a good breath there!!

Its completely a traditional place of Bangladesh. you will love it if you love downtown but don't go if you don't love old city. it has some nasty place (mostly dirty). you can visit by boat and ride launch etc.

This is not a good place for travelling. My personal experience is not good. The water of the river smells bad and no good arrangement for boat riding.

This is one of very beautiful place in Dhaka. Here you can plan to go Barisal via ship. All foods and rest rooms also available inside the ship.

There are lots of hotels to choose from, mainly in the 2-3 star range but which ever hotel you choose they should be able to provide assistance finding a local guide, you could possibly do it all yourself from the guide... More
