True teaching, kind people, and the presence of God. Note: the Blessed Sacrament Chapel is in a room behind the Altar.

Probably, it is a special church for Brunei, since there are only 3 churches in the country but overall, you would not even notice such a church somewhere in Europe or America.

We avoid this church on weekends especially Sunday and moreover during the Holy season as we were warned it would be packed like sardines, very crowded and parking extremely difficult. But as it turned out, it is a perfect place for weekday Mass for us. We came early had no trouble parking and Mass was enjoyed by all as it wasn't crammed, temperature perfect and the service was well enjoyed by all.

Great to have a Catholic Church in an Islamic Country, that even if you are on vacation, your Catholic faith is being reaffirmed.

We visited this place last Christmas Day 2017; the chapel interior reminds me of Caleruega. As there was no Holy Mass when we dropped by, finding the location of the chapel was difficult. There are some buildings / offices / doors with no labels, that the first room we entered was the dining hall. :-) :-) Nonetheless, for a Muslim country, this place is good enough to practice Christian faith.

Had the opportunity to hear Mass here, celebrated by none other than the Bishop of Brunei. Right across from the residences where we stayed, it was a five minute walk. Nothing grandeur or extravagant - maybe not even too much history to it at all. But it has its charms that make hearing Mass here special.

Glad I managed to attend Mass here last Saturday (11th March). Just a note, the church is directly opposite St Andrew's church and traffic was a little tight because St Andrew's had a service at the same time.
I am not sure if the Priest who celebrated Mass is the Bishop of Brunei, but his homily was meaningful.
I especially liked the painting / poster behind the St Vincent de Paul statue.

We were in Brunei on Christmas day and saw the hundreds of people parked here to enjoy the Christian celebrations. I would not recommend spending too much time here, but would stop by when in the area.
