This is a nice walk. It will be more beautiful in the evening with the city by night. For more Beautiful, you can take a boat trip and see the whole area from another view.

At night we had a nice walk here, watched the water, the flags and the local people. It is good to see that the UN and other countries have a good relationship with Cambodia, especially after the last couple of decades.

We were in PP for only one night, sadly. This is an area where you can see the PPers relax with their families. Terrific people watching in an interesting locale.

This is one of the few places in Phnom Penh where you can walk without being hindered by cat-calling tuk-tuk drivers, errant motos and larcenous 4WDs. And the locals agree too by coming out in their droves to parade along this wide stretch of pavement....More

It was 14 years since we walked along the river line - so much change. We liked more the southern end of the esplanade as it was quieter (less traffic noise and pollution). Plenty of westernised pubs, café and restaurants to visit along the way.

The riverside place is a nice place for a morning or night walk as it is too hot in the daytime ,You will find local people also having a walk here or just having a beer

Lots of things happening on the quay. Can take boat ride or visit the nice market or get a massage or cheap beer at 50cts during happy hours. Nice sunset and sunrise if weather is good.
