This place had it all, beautiful khmers and chams, products, lightings, friendly people. If you are an avid photographer this is the essence of Kandal the province where Phnom Penh sits.

About 200 metres from the waterfront/promenade on 144 Street, Kandal market is a good choice to buy food, fruit and vegetables. We bought some good Kampot pepper to take home.
