Having spent the last few months travelling through second-hand bookshops in the region, I can only say that D's books could be so much better. So much potential. The space is in a good location in tourist central. Normally I go into these places and have a hard time narrowing down my choice of the next book, with like 6... More

D's Books is a used book store on Street 240. They have a large selection of second hand books on many topics, mostly in English and French but they do have some books in German and Spanish. Many good fiction and non-fiction titles but the most recent releases are usually not available as people have not traded/sold them to D's... More

This book shop is on street 240 just past the junction where you can see the monument. The book shop is full of all kinds of books, very old classics to horrors to fantasy to rom-com books. You have to look closely and hunt around a bit to get to a book you like. It cost around $7 for a... More

I can't comment on wether the prices are too high as I've not seen other book shops. It's located on a nice street with some nice shops around and a handy ATM nearby. I expected used books, not glossy new books. I bought four books, 3 well known bestsellers and another survivor recant of the Khmer Rouge. Which I'm always... More

The prices here are too high. There is a decent selection of books but most are in poor condition and cost at least $7. There are cheaper bookshops elsewhere.

Prices need to come down! Paid way over the top for a 2010 popular novel. But good, extensive range of titles to choose from if you don't mind spending a little more than usual.

Went to Siem Reap branch and bought a large paperback. Took it back and they wouldn't buy it back as they said the book was too big to go on the shelves! Also looking for a travel guide for Thailand, had a ten year old guide for 15 dollars and a lonely planet similar age for 10 dollars. Couple to... More

Thank you for your review. Despite many people's misconceptions about used book stores, we are under no obligation to accept books back, and as a policy we do not buy or trade any over-sized paperbacks. Had your book been an 'A-size' or 'Trade' paperback we would have accepted assuming it was in good condition. Regarding the price of our books,... More
