You need to pay to enter but it's not too expensive and it's worth a visit. Be mindful of what your wearing especially females. Shorts should be fine but not very short ones. Make sure you wear sun screen around the grounds.

The Silver Pagoda is a short walk from the main Quay. It is a very beautiful building. Will take less than 1/2 hour to see.

The amount of tourists over the years have damaged the silver floor to the extent that it is now completely covered.

Found this place to be very calm. You cannot take pictures inside. The floor is made of real Silver Tiles hence the name.

Silver pagoda was under renovations when I visited. It was pretty much empty. The jade Buddha’s were missing. One was moved to the other pagoda and the another grew arms and legs and went elsewhere. Being told it was under renovation would’ve been nice by...More

Part of the Royal Palace. Silber tiled floors . Was ok though really not worth the entrance fee. Toilets were wet and dirty.

We had a half day tour which included the palace and the old prison, but ours was part of our package from Riviera Travel, I am sure your hotel could arrange a Taxi that would carry out this tour while you are in Phnom Penh

You can get in as part of Royal Palace. Be sure to be covered up, no short shorts or sleeveless shirts. They give you a map and you can follow the crowd. Once you get into courtyard area you are free to wander.
