Are you able to comment on the flights ad transfers that were arranged for you, assuming that you flew from Istanbul to Cappadocia. What airlines were used and what airports? DId everything go as scheduled. Any problems or concerns?

Hi travelmuse it's probably too late for this so I apologise. I can't remember which airline but it was all perfectly orchestrated. I could not fault anything
I have booked an overnight trip to Cappadocia from Istanbul with True Blue Tours and have become increasingly concerned about the slow and/or lack of response to my emails. It took about 10 days after I made the deposit to get a confirmation and that was after about 2 emails asking them to confirm. Then what I got was only a confirmation number and a very generic itinerary that was much like the one on the website. I then sent an email asking for specific info about my tour, related to flights, transfers, etc. It is now a week and I have not received a reply. I am wondering if I have made a mistake in selecting this company. Any suggestions on how to address this problem? They have my money and I have no information.
