The best view of the modern and historic Istanbul at the same time. Historic Ortakoy Mosque and the behind, modern Bosphorus Bridge... Nice spot for shot. The area itself is very nice with very warm people. Don't leave without eating a proper kumpir.

I highly recommend this area specially at sunset time.. it's really full of traditional shops and many many restaurants

lots of restaurants offer jacket potato, , shopping , sea view,, there is a very nice mosque on the sea. .

Lots of shops, the bosphorus, Ortakoy mosque, lots of restaurants including starbucks for those interested, and places to sit and watch the sunset on the bosphorus. Overall a beautiful area which is buzzing with locals, tourists and vendors.

This place is like Camden Town, add the sea view on the top of it. It has lovely little streets, full of restaurants and bars and street food galore! - very easy to get to - check the ferries
