It was a great mosque, with a magnificent view and great weather, it was cold even we are in the summer. There are such a great coffee shops at that location.

Suleymaniye Mosque is second largest Mosque of Istanbul. There are much less tourist because of location. Blue Mosque is in the hub of Istanbul, Sultanahmet so remains full of visitors all the time. It is best in architecture. It was built by Sultan Suleman.

The Architect was Mimar Sinan, and the mosque was built under orders of Sultan Suleyman "The Magnificent", in Arabic Suleyman "AlQanoony'.

Yes, his tomb is there just behind the mosque. Next to his tomb lies also his beloved daughter Mihrimah. His beloved wife Hurrem's tomb is next to him in another building.

If you want to visit, you can all time until the mosque are closed... If you want to see "Namaz", you should go to mosque on pray time 😊
