Far from tourists and giant busses, if you come to this mosque, complete silence will fall upon you. Small and historical, it is quite great I felt great for coming there.

This is a small historical church that was converted into a mosque after the conquest of Constantinople. A good place to visit.

This 'small but perfectly formed' ex-church and now mosque was empty when we arrived and it was an extremely peaceful time that we had examining and enjoying the beauty of it - well worth a visit.

vey close to arasta bazar. The former church - now tzami- is very nice in the interior. Simple but elegant. With big but delicate marble stylus- called kionokrana. The outside of the church reminds so much Agia Sofia. Very well preserved. After visiting the church...More

I believe that is the name on the map. It is worth the visit if you have some extra time. Few visitors there so not crowded. You might get the (payed and unplanned) tour by an old man speaking pretty good english and quite knowledgable...More

Had fantastic days going to little hidden site which is older than the Ayasofya. Not many tourist know about it so there was no hussle or bussle, beautiful set and mantained excellent tranquil place to visit.
