The Museum is very close to German Colony main street (just few minutes walk) and every art lover should go there.

This gallery is located in an interesting building and has a good collection of pop art, op art and temporary contemporary exhibitions.

Currently (Dec 2015) an excellent Pop-Art exhibition is shown, demonstrating how Warhold influenced Israeli artists. In particular some video "pieces" were very impressive. Notice that the museum is not too big, so you really can see everything without getting blown away.

As I am not a big fan of Modern Art this was an interesting experience but not much appreciated. The site was the old High School for girls in the time of the Mandate. A pleasant building with guided tours, film shows and plenty of info in English to help the uneducated in this field of Art. The entrance fee... More

Current pop-art exhibition is very well made, the museum by itself represents very high standards and great staff.

Very little for such a large space, and an unwelcoming interior/layout that leaves it all feeling very fragmented. No significant older holdings (pre-20th century).

If you deside to visit the museum beter buy the package for 6 museums. The museum was interesting for me, beacause I've learned more about Israel from artist's paintings more than from anything else.

I dropped in, and found an excellent contemporary art exhibit, "Changing Perspectives". Good mix of media, excellent explanatory boards, and well laid out on all floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. And they had espresso, too. I bought the multi-museum ticket (great money saving option).

Been to the museum on Saturday morning.it wasn't very crowded.the cashier was really friendly and offered us a very cheap entrance for a couple. The museum is small and cozy .you don't get tired from long walk which was great for us. We've seen THE READYMADE CENTENNIAL exhibition which was really interesting. Don't miss it !
