A large and nice compound in Jerusalem not too far from the Hebrew Uni. on Mt. Scopus. A nice view on the surroundings including the Dead Sea on a nice day. Clean and quite. Very nice church and a small museum recently renovated by the German Archaeological Institute here. The lodging is simple, clean and nice, rather basic breakfast.

we climbed the 200 stairs to the top and the climb was well worth it as at the top there was a breathtaking view of Jerusalem in all directions including the Dead Sea.
