This is a beautiful place to reflect on Christ’s death and resurrection. They have done a great job of creating a place of peace here.

As part of our tour, we were granted access after hours. It happened to be Ash Wednesday and we had a special communion service for our group. Very moving and wonderful experience.

Does it really matter where? As the preacher with me said, it doesn't matter where HE was really buried. What matters most if the WHY. Why Jesus died for us.

I visited this site in October 2015 (not 2017 as the field bellow has only that option). Everything in this site matches the Biblical account registered in the Gospels. Worth the visit. Along with Mt of Olives, this is my favorite site in Jerusalem.

The place is a different story where Jesus was buried. So if you are in Jerusalem its nice to go there. Its close to Damascus Gate, about 10-15 minutes on foot when you leave the old town.

We visited the Garden Tomb while in Jerusalem. We had a guide who was very knowledgeable and very willing to share his information. The Garden Tomb is a "possible" location of the actual tomb where Jesus Christ was laid to rest. The garden was actually...More

I found the Garden Tomb to be the most spiritual of the holy Christian sites. Less crowded than the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Garden Tomb is more intimate and walking around the garden is peaceful. A small queue separates you from the entrance...More

We got the garden almost by our selfs, as we were there when they opened. When we left, there was a long line of people going into the grave. Do not go to Jerusalem without visiting this place.

A beautifully maintained sanctuary, giving bible references and notices to take you through Jesus' experience. Very worth visiting
