some wonderful exhibits, but too much walking outside in broiling sun: you must be very careful to avoid sunstroke

This museum is outside of the Old City, not far from the large Hadassah Hospital and Chagall Windows. We only visited the outdoor replica of the 2nd century Old City which was moved here several years ago. That alone is worth a visit to the...More

Absolutely stunning building, grounds and exhibition. So much to see. The Dead Sea Scrolls and lots more. Views of the Knesset and beautiful grounds. A must visit.

We toured the ancient Egyptian exhibit and it was fascinating. Rooms of treasures, artifacts, buildings, you name it. Spend 3 - 8 hours and you will only scratch the surface. Bring comfortable shoes.

This museum is a very good size, so you have enough to see but it is not exhausting. The children's section is fun and interactive, while the main section is interesting and engaging. Great museum.

This is a good destination for adults and kids alike. The "Dead Sea Scrolls" exhibit is interesting and there is a great section for children.

i don't think so. museum is the best i ever saw and very inexpensive. much to see inside.
