Being Sunday there was holy mass and prayer arrangements and it was blessed moment to keep for ever.. The Church is simple near Bethesda Pool close to St. Stephens's Gate just above Mary's Birth Place. It was converted to Islamic School when Saladin conquered Israel...More

Love this church ! We sang inside this church and the music/our voices resonated throughout the church. It's located next to pools of Bethesda! A must see site located not far from Lions Gate.

The Church of Saint Anne is dedicated to the mother of Virgin Mary. The church is plain without decorations. Therefore, maybe, the acoustics of this big church is extraordinary. Many groups of people have prepared to sing a song or a hymn when they are...More

The constant stream of choirs singing in the center of the church is wonderful to behold and hear. This is adjacent to the pool of Bethesda where the paralytic was healed

If you like to sing, this is the place to do that. The acoustics are wonderful and it was a thrill to sing acappella with my family.

The Crusader era was an important part of the history of the Holy Land, albeit an unfortunate one, as we now know. However, this relic of their impact on the land is very pleasant. It is a solid, calm, peaceful place with a fabulous acoustic....More

You'll know you're close because you'll likely hear the singing coming out the front doors. It's most famous for its acoustics, with the echoing sound bouncing around the stone room.

Magnificent in its simplicity, this church, run by the French White Fathers, is a beautiful place in which to pray and worship. Get up early for Mass at 7.45 am - gentle, dignified and deeply moving.
