This a beautiful picnic in the park, can't miss stop for the family! There is a petting zoo,train and lovely outdoor surroundings. It is a must see!

Great signs and presentations (though, those are only in Hebrew from our experience). Is a very hilly zoo - but so is the rest of Jerusalem :-).

All the signs are in English and Hebrew quoting the passage from the Bible where the particular animal is mentioned. When you go there look for one sign in Yiddish as well.

Great zoo. Besides the animal displays the grounds are beautiful. You can spend 2 to 3 hours and really see all the exhibits . The kids will love it. there is a Noah's Ark replica

20 minutes by cab. Too fae.to.walk. No buses on Saturday, though zoo is open.

שלום רב בקרנו 7 איש בגן החיות התנכי ב 18/04/2017 ונוכחנו לדעת כי אין גבול לאירוניה ההנהלה מכרה כרטיסים בכמויות עד שלא ניתן ללכת על השבילים היינו עם עגלת תינוק ופשוט היה לנו סיוט שהינו כ 45 דקות והסתלקנו מהמקום לא לשכוח גבו מאיתנו על עוגמת הנפש 370 שקל מה עושים? אני מחפש מטיילים שעברו את החויה שלי להצטרף לתביעה מסודרת המדינה פה חייבת להיכנס למסגרת של ערכים ולא יתכן שכל יום נשמע על גנב אחר
