I wanted to get a great view of Jerusalem. Unfortunately I went on a Friday and the section that passes through the Muslim parts were closed.

Be aware that the North section of the Ramparts Walk (supposedly the longer/better section) is closed on Fridays. Your ticket on Friday will be good for both Friday and Saturday to accommodate this (not sure if that's true on other days or not) but just...More

This is the best way to people watch and get a great view of the old city. Bring your camera as this is one of the best ways to get multiple photographs of the old city,

I am aware that one Ticket for the Ramparts Walk covers both the Northern & Southern Walk. If I buy the ticket can I use it to do the walks on different days. Thanks Anthony

YES - we used the ticket to go North one day and then South the NEXT day... just confirm with the ticket agent when you buy it how long it is good for but you may definitely do it on different days. It is tiring enough that... More

You pass the gate into the square, and immediately on your left there is the tourist office where you get the tickets.
