We were six friends on the Nazereth Bites Tour. All of us have been to Nazereth many times previously but this was the most fun..Great food in many different settings with courteous and interesting people serving up their delicious wares- hot apple cider, felafel, sweet desserts, hummus etc. A wonderful day wandering around the market, enjoying the smells, tastes and culture. Highly... More

We started off the trip with delicious doughnuts (it was a tour on channukah so this was the traditional thing to do). We then proceeded to a number of different shops and landmark restaurants where we sampled a variety of foods - all with great stories. Then we got a tour of the Machane Yehuda market itself, and went to... More

Shuki Hadju took us on a tasting tour of the Machaneh Yehuda marketplace in Jerusalem that was absolutely fabulous, a highlight of our trip. We visited an extraordinary array of food stalls featuring Middle Eastern and international flavors, tasting everything! Shuki knows every nook and cranny of the marketplace. His tour is second to none! Don't miss this valuable experience.... More

We came as a group, from my working place. We met Orit, our guide, who started by telling us the brief history of the area, eat a warm Rogalach (a small finger size cake) that was delicious, and had a shot of Araq (a great aniseed drink). A great way to open a tour (and a day. For us it... More

We did the Machane Yehuda market tour with Orit as our fantastic guide. We've done food tours in major cities all over the world, but there is truly something uniquely colourful and mesmerising about the shuk in the heart of this city on a hill. The riot of tastes, sights and sounds is a veritable banquet for the senses, and... More

We went on the Manche Yehuda food tour today and it was fantastic! We loved our guide Shuki. He was enthusiastic and informative. He grew up in the neighborhood and knows all the vendors and restaurant owners. He shared many great stories. Even my picky 16 year old enjoyed most of the food. I highly recommend. Be sure to go... The tour was fantastic! Nurit was fun, knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. We learned so much about different cultures and cuisines that make up the flavorful Shuk Machane Yehuda. Nurit is like a celebrity, all the shopkeepers know her. We sampled food from 12 different restaurants. We would like to send our children on the same tour when they come to... More

I booked only one bite card for two people, and it proved that the food was totally enough for 2 girls. I had traveled to Machne Yehuda for a few times but this bite card tour still offered me surprise and led me to some great excellent restaurants I hadn't been. Totally recommend the kubba, the burger and the juice.... More
