We wanted to do a bus tour of Tel Aviv. Saw there was one at 11:00. Got to Bus Stop at the Namal at 11:01 no bus. Thought we had missed the bus. Rang the number for Dan told next bus at 12:00 At 12:00 there were about 20 people waiting. Still no bus. At 12:15 I rang again. Eventually... More

This tour had a pre recorded guide, but mostly it gave you the name of the street and who that historic figure (for whom the street was named) was. I guess it was a good overview, I would have preferred more detail.

Recently we traveled in Israel using public transportation. It's not perfect but the negative aspects are over rides by the comfort . This was the first time traveling in Israel without renting a car. The buses are great , clean, fast. The only thing is since I don't speak Hebrew at times communication was difficult, especially asking for a day... More

I've taken countless Hop on Hop Off bus tours all over the world. However, this one you should remain on the bus for the two hour ride. It's a great way to see Tel Aviv unless you prefer walking. On Fridays you must remain on the bus and there are fewer scheduled tours due to Shabbat. Our bus showed up... More

Last night you have landed at Ben Gurion airport and you went to sleep at your hotel. It is your first or second time in Tel Aviv and you don't know the city. I advice you to attend the concierge at your hotel and ask the "Bus 100" tour. In this tour you will know the city in most languages... More

The terrible reviews are pretty valid. How a hop-on-hop-off tour takes over an hour to arrive at a stop is ridiculous. Just grab an Uber and save your day.

I have done many Hop on Hop Off city tour in New York, Paris, Rome, Barcelona and this was by far the worst. 1. It's only one bus , this means is pas for the same stop every 2 hours so if you want to get off the bus to see some spots or part of the city i will... More

I read a number of reviews on this tour and decided to give a go anyway. My opinion is that if you only have a short time in Tel Aviv (as I did being a business traveller) then $10 for 2 hours driving around the town is cheaper than a taxi. The audio track was boring but I lean't a... More

We got the brochure at the hotel desk. We went outside in 90° heat and waited. At 12:30 called. " Goldy" said he had no idea where it is and we shd call back in ten minutes. Ten minutes later I call back and he still does not know, but bus drives past stop #5 and the four customers (... More

1. They made it very difficult to find the tour starting point at the Tel Aviv Port. No exact address, no maps on the website. The workers of the Port Bus Station could only tell us that it must be somewhere in the port. After a few calls to Dan Bus Co and talks to their unfriendly representatives I eventually... More
