This is a wonderful site to visit in Tel Aviv. I would recommend this historical house as a must visit when in Tel Aviv. It is a very lovely home. It has lots of his personal items and lots of very nice photos of Ben-Gurion and his family. It has a library to rival the ancient library of Alexandria. I... More

This may be the only historical museum/building dedicated to the late David Ben-Gurion, the first prime minister and leader of the young Israel state. Mr. Ben-Gurion lived in the house many years, before and after 1948. The museum exhibits various artifacts, including personal items and many sinbolic gifts received by DBG from all over the world. The second floor holds... More

David Ben-Gurion was not only a statesman but also a scholar, going through the house and seeing the vast amount of books which he read all of of them one can wonder when did he have time to create a country , build an army build... Besides the nicely presevred house and its facilities, which reflect in quite a genuine manner the personality of David Ben Gurion, there is also a small multimedia pavillion where you can watch a short, but touching movie (in several languages) about this great man and his time. The regular guided tours (for the groups of 10 and more) are in... More

This small house was the home of Ben Gurion. It is free to enter. The rooms are largely laid out as when lived in. There are many photos of Ben Gurion with important figures of the day. Also on display his many awards. What most impressed me though was the substantial number of books he read. And not just politics... More
