long time abandoned now it becomes like in many cities a rather chic and trendy place , which might save some of the old buildings not to be "eaten by investment-bulldozers"

Though I think Jaffa would be my favourite neighbourhood I visited, this is a close second. The leafy streets and interesting buildings complement the cool shops and cafes that can be found. Definitely worth spending some time here if you can!

We spent some time exploring this part of Tel Aviv and thought it was very pleasant. Shops abound here and there is always something to see. There are some cultural venues here as well. If you have time, it is worthwhile going to Neve Tzedek

Neve Tzedek was the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the ancient port city of Jaffa. Neve Tzedek later became Tel Aviv's first suburb. Neve Tzedek became a haven for artists, with lots of cafes and bars. It's a relaxed sort of place, showing typical Israeli joie de vivre.

We were mesmerized by this beautiful neighborhood. Thank Heaven, it was not torn down and replaced by ugly high rise buildings.
We loved the “white city” buildings, shady quiet streets, cafes, shops, and galleries.
It is an oasis from the noisy, traffic choked streets just a few blocks away.
Do yourself a favor and wander here for hours or days.
It is also close to the crazy wonderful Carmel Market.

excellent restaurants in what feels like a quiet / hidden section of Tel Aviv - easy walk to the beach and even quicker by scooter! cafe alma is great for a breakfast snack and there's a nice steakhouse as well.

Had dinner outside - lots of cats on the walls. Lovely food - one waitress a bit rude questioning as to why cold soup was sent back and to the type of soup. Booked online - easy to do.
Would recommend but cats searching for food on the walls

Olá! Desculpe a demora em responder. Em Tel Aviv, não há restrições comerciais em relação o shabbat, apenas em Jerusalém.
Abraços,
