I could not have been more happy with my experience on this tour. I had read about the Israel wine industry in Wine Spectator and wanted to learn about the country and its wine. Barak didn't just take me to three amazing wine producers but also gave me a history of the country and its wine evolution. His knowledge and... More

Our family of four toured with Barak, and despite our lack of knowledge about wine, we absolutely loved the experience. Barak explained the evolution of the wine industry in Israel and shared other cultural insights as well. He is a warm person who willingly engaged in various topics of conversation. The three wineries which we toured were unique in their... More

This was my second time going on a Judean Hill wine tour with Barak, and both tours were excellent and well worth the money! although I had toured the same area with barak before he didn't repeat a single winery. Barak is passionate and very knowledgeable about the israeli Wine industry as well as wine in general, making him the... More

As frequent visitors to Israel we had visited wineries before and were quite familiar with the large Israeli producers as well as some of the larger boutique wineries. This time we wanted to get more off the beaten track and explore the kind of places you would not easily find. We were four, tourist parents, local resident children. One of... More

Alon was everything we could wish for in a guide. Extremely knowledgeable about wines, he took us to three excellent wineries as well as a great viewpoint. He also entertained us with conversation about Israel ancient and modern.

I had been to Israel numerous times and was looking for more of a unique tour that would show me another side of the country. I was not disappointed with Barak. Barak has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Israeli wine industry, from the history, to the trendy boutique winemakers, to the overall framework of the world market, and the particulars... More

As a couple, one of us has lived in Israel less than a year and the other, for more than 20 years. One knows wine very well, and the other is just starting to appreciate it. This tour was perfect for us - we both learned new things from charismatic guides and experts, about the country and about wine. Alon... More

My boyfriend and I have taken many trips to Israel over the years and have been to all the main tourist attractions more than once, so we were looking to do something off the beaten track this time. We had nothing short of an outstanding experience with Israel Wine Tour- this was the highlight of our 10 day trip. We... More

Our tour with Alon was terrific and definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Israel. We'd been to Israel as a family in the past and were looking for some off the beaten path options for those less interested in museums.... this fit the bill. Alon was a terrific tour guide en route and had an impressive knowledge... More

Spent a really fun day in the Judean Hills Wine Country. I got to visit three wineries, with tours and wine tastings. We drove around a beautiful area of the country with great views, and had lunch at a nice restaurant. The guide was very knowledgeable about wines, Israel, and made the whole trip interesting from start to finish. Highly... More
