This neighbourhood is not touted in any of the Tel Aviv tourist brochures, the way its next door neighbour, Neve Tzedek, is. Few of the 50 to 70-year-old buildings have been renovated, though here, in terms of density, is Tel Aviv's largest concentration of Bauhaus architecture.

Lovely streets, feels like home. You can just walk down the streets and inhale the local experience how the people live in this city, on a first hand basis. The streets reflect local life , you can see the buildings, the residential areas, local cafe shops and so many things around that can give you a nice sneak-peek into the... More

Rustically and alternatively scene of the young artists of Tel Aviv with cosy clubs, coffees and restaurants. Close to the Karmel market

I love street art and this was a real treat walking through Florentin checking out the graffiti. You could do this in a couple of hours. Lots of restaurants around.

The neighborhood is located south of the city which has a new mix young and old, with quite a few places of entertainment day and evening, especially in restaurants and bars

This is the place to go for the trendiest and exciting restaurants in Tel Aviv. From vegetarian, to Persian, to just plain creative food, indulge yourself. You will also find the Levinsky Spice Market in this neighborhood. Filled with exotic spices and dried fruits, entice your senses.

This is an old small neighborhood on the southern side of Tel Aviv. It used to be neglected but in the last decade it was renovated and many young Israelis moved in and live their. It is fun walking around the neighborhood's streets, looking at the cool graffitis and enjoying the many cafes and restaurants. Also, it is interesting to... More

We rented our first apartment in this neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The area gave us a mixed feeling – from the one side we saw a funky area with the art galleries and bars and restaurants. And from another side we saw the Arabic grocery & fruits/veggies shops and lots of unfinished constructions. We still enjoyed walking around and feel... More

Here is a new area we just explored. It is a hip area where art galleries, cafes and lots of murals painted on vacant walls decorate the street. It is not graffiti, as much of it is created by well known street artists. Worth a walk there before it becomes gentrified and disappears
