We walked this stretch many times in our stay here. Watch out for the motorized bikes and scooters but other than that it is awesome!

Nice has the Promenade des Anglaise, Havannah its Malecon, and now Tel Aviv has its newly-finished Tayelet. This is a paved/boarded promenade about five miles long, from Old Jaffa in the South to the New Port area in the north, with its bars and restaurants....More

Gordon Beach and Fischerman Beach are at top (sea, sand, equipment on beach, services, ...) and a very nice view. Good situation, near Dizengoff.

Spent a few hours there and enjoyed the views all around. There were so many people on the weekend though that it was pretty hard to navigate through. That being said, awesome location to chill.

Very nice to walk there, just make sure it's not too hot.. all the way is along side the beaches in Tel Aviv and of course bars and restaurants.

Yes, there are a couple of bathroom structures where you can change. I'm germ phobic so I don't go near them. Some showers on the beach too.
