It has a collection of several forms of paintings, its quite and peaceful. You will feel surrounded by colors and creativity. no entrance fee. It has a park opposite to it, visit that as well.

Art has the benefit to refresh your mind, so I can say that I felt more relaxed after I spent an hour here. They have a nice library with many interesting books.
