Unfortunately because of the bad situation and the location because it's hard to access with the security measures there it's permanently closed...I've been there many times and it was one of the trendiest nightclubs in dowtown Beirut...drinks and cocktails were great.. music too...it's a huge place...I hope they will reopen again soon...

Used to be great when it was actually running, but due to the political situation and instability in Lebanon, tourism hasn't been the focal point for the country unfortunately, which lead to Buddah Bar (amongst many other places) permanently closing down.

I love this place since I was working in Lebanon, we used to go there twice a week, it still has its charm, but they need to catch up with the new market, especially in terms of service

To get the REAL meaning of stylilish entertainment in Lebanon, excellent and opulent decoration, fantastic music, well dressed and beautiful people. Cocktails, sushi..And let the music play!

Buddha bar closed for good a few months ago It was a great place which competes in atmosphere with Buddha bar in Paris.. Music was great, great food, and great crowd. Operation was too big and expensive to maintain with low tourists numbers during the past two years.. A great loss to Beirut and the middle east

I had dinner at Buddha Bar last night and it was an exquisite experience, the food is divine, the music is amazing and the decoration is STUNNING! apparently it used to be an opera house, super high ceiling, with great chandeliers and a gigantic Buddha statue in the middle, If you're planning to visit Beirut this place is a MUST... Old sushi//seafood, soft tempora, frozen edamame. Complained to the manager who told us this is how it is Beirut, which is a load of rubbish as we ate in amazing other places. We were the only customers in the place. I wonder why When we complained they didnt care, they got aggressive and told us not to come back if... More
