Saw the Fort from ground level. I was told by a local who was showing us around that it isn't open. That is a shame as it would be a nice place to visit and I'm sure the view from up there would be amazing!

Looks nice from far. Public not allowed inside which is a great shame as it would be really interesting to see the inside of a fort. Can't really understand the beauty of a building unless seen from close by and also to see the interior.

Al Jalali Fort is only to been seen from afar which makes it hard to really appreciate it. Maybe the history is great but it would have been nice to have a more close-up experience.
