A beautiful cultural area. There's an open area concert venue, artists at work on various projects and many other things to do and see. A lovely place.

This is such a fascinating place. Arriving at the car park and then up to the main square, feels as if you are being transported to the Glass Pyramid at the Louvres, although on a smaller scale. Once out the main square and the surrounding buildings feel like a walk across a European city. A short walk to the amphitheatre... More

We visited Katara Village before 12:00 while only 2 exhibitions were on. It was a bad time to visit as the place was a ghost town. Only visit if there is a good exhibition to view.

The area is new and full of things to do. Its good for a walk by the sea and for a proper meal. Also you can walk inside the village to see alot of different and interesting things. Plan to stay for 3 hours

Nice for a walk in good weather. A lot of cultural events, most of them free to attend. Place is still partially under construction, a little easy to get lost. As of now, parking is freely available - two new parking area have been built. I assume they will be made paid very soon. It's a good area for a... More

❌There is always something under construction there. Its not nice view.. everywhere have barriers for buildings etc so you cannot really enjoy. ✅Chapati & Karak is a quite ok place to have a break. But no nice view in front of you. Only cars horning all the time to order tea to-go.

First time visit Katara and a bit upset because we can't enter the beach without the access. So we go to Magical Festival overall was good but a bit pricey. This is like typical night market but more organized with a looooot of food stalls and shops around.
