Stilll building so a lot of the shops are not open . To me there was not a lot happening maybe when complete it will be bustling. It feels like it is old even though it isn't so that is a bonus

Free entry and recreations of old dove cotes, a marble ampitheatre and various other attractive buildings. No crowds during week days and a pleasant way to spend an hour.

It is a newly build place even its name suggests that it has a cultural background. Good view close to the sea.

I'm always come here to play Pokemon Go. Yup, having one of the best place to play in Qatar. So many pokestops and 5 gyms. Since playing Pokemon Go, I change my perspective when I'm in Katara.

The combination of the "Roman" amphitheater and more traditional moorish architecture make a slightly confused impression. Even big malls are quite empty up to 6:30pm, so it is not a surprise. With the summer temperature, even out of Ramadan you will not find as much people as you can find at night, at least until end of September.
