A place you shouldn’t miss if you visit Abu Dhabi. A mesmerizing palace full of opulence in every corner.
Impressive and unexpected wonderful experience. I was never in a place like this! The palace is overwhelming with its beautiful ceilings, chandeliers, floors and the greatness of its saloons. It is a place you shouldn’t miss if you are in Abu Dhabi.

A Must-See for Any UAE Visitors
This alone made our drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi worth it. The palace is very impressive from the outside, but the interior design is shocking beautiful. The artistic tile patterns and the opulent chandeliers made me genuinely speechless. Highly recommend any UAE visitor to spend some time here.

    Interesting place to visit
This is the Place that is used for state functions and meetings of the UAE. Nobody actually lives in the palace. Try and buy your ticket before arriving as you can then jump the queues to get tickets. You will then get on a bus and be taken to the palace. You are free to walk around at your own pace. You just need to dress respectfully but do not have to wear head coverings (for women). There is plenty to see and information boards at the entrance to each of the rooms. allow up to 2 hrs to see it all.

    Stunning
This palace is jaw dropping beautiful. Everywhere you look there is something as equally beautiful from the last place you looked - walls, floors, chandeliers, ceilings. Very interesting exhibitions inside too, so much cultural and scientific history to attribute to the Arab world.

    Great visit to beautiful place
Wonderful visit. A must see in Abu Dhabi. Gets crowded plan on up to 2 hr to get in if going in afternoon. You are bussed from visitor center to entrance. Beautiful palace with many fascinating rooms. It's a working palace. Book the architectural tour for 70 AED, less than $20 p.p., Very good info in about 35-40 mins. Lots you wouldn't discover on your own then explore yourself after the tour.

    Grand design
Sensational design of a building. Really enjoyed walking through this place both inside and out. Huge, so much detail and things to look at. A lot of the info inside explaining what the various rooms, etc are used for too was really interesting.

90 mins at Qasr Al Watan
Spent a great 90 mins at Qasr Al Watan with the family. Tickets were very reasonably priced, the experience was also well organised. After you enter the visitor centre you either purchase your tickets or for those who are more organised and have bought them online you can go straight to the security screening. Beware no food or drink allowed (other than water). You are then taken to a coach and you have a short 2-3 minute ride through the complex to the main palace. The coach ride has an audio guide that tells you a little about the history of the place. This palace is very recently built, if I heard correctly it was completed in 2017. When you get off the bus and make your way to the main palace, you are greeted by an amazing, decadent, opulent and generally stunning building. Whilst there is not an huge amount to do other than admire the architecture and design, the content and exhibits on display are just enough to keep you interested and not overwhelmed. Genuinely a place worth visiting whilst in Abu Dhabi.

Beautiful Palace - take a peek inside
In a city with many beautiful sites to see, I would place this in the category of “do not miss”. The tour of this presidential palace (he does not live here) was well run and efficient. After purchasing your ticket, air conditioned buses take you to the main building where you can explore. The palace is impressive with its huge doors, high ceilings, and excellent attention to detail. A favorite room is where all of the gifts from foreign leaders are on display. Seeing the massive doors when you walk in gives you an idea of the grandeur.

    Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful
It’s just incredibly beautiful. Working office of the presidential office of AD, lovely visit to discover a bit more of the behind the scenes. Only 60 AED/ person Ask for the headphones audio absolutely worth it, 20 AED, but not really advertised. Get it after the bus drops you. Spend about 2 hrs, it’s breathtaking!

Learned a lot from the trip even though I went there solo. The shuttle bus going inside the palace was very helpful. There were a lot of amazing exhibitions inside the palace.

This is a stunning Presidential Palace , working, not residential, and we were in awe of the architecture, size, beauty, and perfect palatial surroundings of this palace.
We got here with time to explore the inside of the palace and another highlight was the amazing light show, projected onto the beautiful outer walls of the palace. It was cooler as the sun was down, peaceful, not overcrowded, and was mesmerizing as the colour lit up the walls and told the story of the UAE. Was one of our favourite things to do in Abu Dhabi.

If you go to Abu Dhabi, the royal palace is definitely worthwhile a visit. It was recommended to us by locals and it did not disappoint. Recommend to buy tickets online on the palace’s official website, an go there at opening hours, 10am.

Loved visiting Qsar Al Watan. It was absolutely stunning and pictures do not do it justice. I booked a guided tour through the website for a little extra. The tour guide was great and I’m glad I did that. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, it's a must-visit site even if you are staying in Abu Dhbi for a day.
The exhibitions were amazing, I wish I had more time to see the light shows too.
