The Pagoda is surrounded by a main road, but it is worth the risk to get to and visit. Look carefully, there is a walkway entrance that avoids the traffic.

Serene and simple. Beautiful to look at and is the supposed Center of Yangon. Foreigners have to pay a fee to enter. Worth the trip.

Nice Pagoda , right in the center of Yangon, but unfortunately "spoiled " by the little shops at its base.

If you have seen one you have seen 1000 here, the poverty of the people and lack of basics makes this place gaudy.
